Firstly, I have to say that I have never worked with a customer service organisation that puts so much emphasis on customer satisfaction. I ordered my bundles too late and they would have taken too long to arrive, but I needed them urgently for a hairdressing appointment that couldn't be postponed. Not only did the sweet employee express ship the parcel especially for me, but she also sold me fantastic bundles that were still in stock (which were actually longer than the ones I had ordered) AND gave me a 10% discount so that the price didn't go up too much for me.
About the hair:
I've only been wearing them for two days so can't say exactly how they'll hold up long term yet, but for now they're top notch. Super soft, they always fall beautifully and my hairdresser was also delighted with the quality and, above all, the price. They don't get thinner towards the bottom and hair rarely falls out when brushing. I can't express how thrilled I am.
